Great central location on bustling street. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Tip: Entrance can be confusing; use small lift and follow stairs to find the doorbell. Use intercom if necessary.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel is located on Via Toledo, right in front of the Umberto Galleria. It's in the city centre, making it easy to explore everything we wanted to see in Napoli. The location is also by the waterfront, great to enjoy beautiful views and easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and Mario, the owner, made sure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were huge and very clean. the breakfast provided was delicious.
Nothing, all great.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the main attractions on foot. The bed in our room was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The shower in the bathroom was also very good with good water pressure.

Perfectly located near a popular square. Spacious, clean rooms with accurate pictures. Polite and helpful host. Tricky entrance near a green door. Take stairs on the right to 4th floor. Look for sign. Enjoy Naples!

We were thrilled with the location of the hotel. It was right on Naples' top shopping street and directly in the center of the city. We were able to easily reach many attractions and the waterfront was just a short walk away. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view of the city. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.
The entrance to the hotel was not accessible for old and disabled people, making it difficult for them to enter the premises.
